We LOVE Pets!
We allow two pets per apartment.
Pet Fee: $350 for one pet; $450 for two pets. Pet fees are non-refundable.
Pet Bond: $131.25. Pet Bond is non-refundable and only due once per apartment, regardless of the number of pets.
Pet Rent: $15 monthly pet rent per pet
*The following breeds are prohibited whether pure or mix breed: Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier), Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario
